摘要： The invention relates to a device comprising a buckle (8) and a slider (9) thatcan be locked and unlocked each hand. The slider (9) is integral with a strip (10) and thebuckle is integral with the vehicle floor (7). The invention is characterized in that thebuckle (8) is fully retracted under the surface of the seat (1). A perforation (11) flush withthe seat surface (1) passes through the thickness thereof for guiding the slider (9)towards the buckle fixed on the ground, so that the buckle is no longer flush with theseat (1), whereby passenger comfort is improved.
