5.4 应该在燃料和启动气体制备设备上安装气体预加热器，它应该满足自身需要，同时应该安装气体计量器。To install gas pre-heaters, which shall meet its own needs in the fuel and start gas preparation equipment, and at the same time the gas meters shall be installed.
5.4.1 冷却气体装置和燃料气，启动气，脉冲气制备装置以及厂用电量装置，施工气体管道等应该符合本技术说明书的现行技术标准及使用文件，其中包括部门文件和主管文件。Cooling gas installations and fuel gas, start gas, pulse air preparation equipment and electricity installations for factory, construction gas pipeline shall be in accordance with the technical specifications’ current technical standards and available documents, including department documents and head documents.
5.5. 燃料气加热器应该包含至少两个加热器，一个用作后备。Fuel gas heater shall include at least two heaters.
5.6. 在室外地上铺设燃料气主管时规定设置隔热。Heat insulation shall be installed as specifications when installing fuel gas main pipeline outdoors on the ground.
5.7. 鉴于夏季严重的含灰率，规定设置涡轮发电机循环空气过滤器的自动清洗。Since hign ash rate in summer, Automatic cleaning for cycle air filter of turbine generator shall be installed as specifications.
5.8. 应该在空气过滤装置入口处安装防冰系统。还规定安装脉冲空气和检测仪器中空气系统的加热，它依靠燃气涡轮进行废气热交换。Anti-ice system shall be installed in the entrance of the air filters. Heaters for air system of the pulse air and Inspection
instruments shall be installed as specifications, exhaust gas heat exchange of the heaters rely on gas turbine.
5.9. 在增压器和地上管道压条(圈梁)上布置开关(阀)时，应该使其可自由接近带有最小起重臂伸距的起重机械。Valve in the Turbocharger and collar beam for aboveground pipeline shall be installed, being free to approach the lifting installations with a minimum stretch of lift arm.
5.10. 沿整个设计车间的周围应该设有可向现场监测系统呼叫的现代报警装置，避免传播给无关人员。Modern alarm installations, available to directly ring the site monitoring system, shall be installed around the entire design workshop to avoid reaching unrelated persons.

Two
individual
fire
extinguishing system shall be installed as specifications:
- 总水冷消防系统(针对整个辅助工程)；the general cooling water fire extinguishing system (works for the entire ancillary works )
- 二氧化碳消防系统(用于机组(联动机)和燃滑油料仓库) Carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system(works for units(interlocks)and fuel slide oil storage)
- 工作地点的气体排放，污染物排放，废水污染，噪音等级应该符合发包人国家现行标准；the grade of gas emissions, pollutants emissions, water pollution and noise
pollution shall be in accordance with the current state standards of employer;
- 关于各部分环保措施-空气，水，土壤，地下资源，废料，噪音，动植物界；about the environmental protection measures of each part- air, water, soil, subsoil, waste, noise, animal and plant world;
- 制定(研究)生态合格证以及污染物的极限允许排放标准方案；prepare Eco-certification and the program for maximum pollutants emissions standards;
- 安装完全符合大气排放标准以及生态监测要求的疏水下水管道；Drainage sewer in full accordance with air emission standards Ecological monitoring requirements shall be installed;
- 规定安装带有储罐和泵站的安全防火系统，其中泵1带有自动柴油动力装置，该泵用于所设计可保证自动工作状态的全套设备。fire protection system with tanks and pumping stations shall be installed as specifications, pump 1 with automatic diesel power plant is used for the complete unit which can ensure works being automatic.
5.13 操作员在操作台上控制带输出端的总厂保护开关，以及安装模拟流程图，该模拟流程图可以发信号通知开关位置和总车间参数。Operators shall be in the console to control the plant protection switch with output terminal, and install simulated flow chart, which can report switch position and plant condition parameters by signal.
5.14 在设计站主控制盘上应设有燃气涡轮发动机阻尼复制系统所有必要参数的输出，以便用来启动气体管路维护部分的遥控技术«SKADA»。Output equipments for the all necessary parameters about the damping replication system of gas turbine engine shall be installed to start the remote control technology of gas pipeline maintenance section«SKADA».
5.15 根据所设计设备的体积，应该从车间的两面来规定应急放油的容积。According to the size of the equipment design, the volume of emergency oil drain shall be specified from both sides of the workshop.
5.16 地上铺设的管道应该隔音，有防腐材料做的保护罩。Aboveground Pipeline shall be sound insulation and equipped with protecting cover made by anti-rot materials.
5.17 应该安装带设备的维修操作单元，安装移动机械化工作队用的基地以及用来分析油的物理化学性能的分析实验室。Repair operating unit equipped with facilities shall be installed, base used for Mobile mechanical force team shall be developed, and laboratory used for analyzing the physical and chemical properties of oil.
5.18 气体输送联动机上技术条件: technical conditions for gas delivery interlocks:
* 气体输送联动机应该配有燃气轮驱动和相符的工艺程序自动化控制系统。gas delivery interlocks shall be equipped with gas-wheel drive and matched process procedures Automatic control systems.
* 配备空压机的燃气轮驱动应该支持所设计的气体管路施工机制并且应该具有：满足土库曼斯坦气候条件的工作性能，维护设施，在使用条件下很高的可维修性，指定寿命不小于100000小时。Gas-wheel drive equipped on the air compressor shall support the designed gas pipeline construction process and can: normally run under the climate of Turkmenistan, maintain facilities and have high maintainability in use.
* 燃气轮驱动的成套设备供应包括数码内窥镜，可用于检查，照相，以及声音跟随录音，该录音用于检测煤气发生炉流通部分和发电机其他很难接近部分。Digital Endoscope shall be included in the complete equipment of Gas-wheel drive; digital
endoscope is available for Inspection, photography and taping following, which is used to inspect the passageway of gas furnace and other Inaccessible part of generator.
* 增压器和燃气轮驱动系统应该使用统一涡轮机油ТТ-32 «Тurkmenturbo» 或者该有油的类似产品ТП-22С，其最大允许工作温度不高于+90°С. Turbine Oil for turbocharger and gas turbine drive system shall be unified withТТ-32 «Тurkmenturbo» or the similar products ТП-22С, Maximum allowable operating temperature shall be less than +90°С.
* 气体输送联动机的油系统要规定使用带有金属滤油原件的多次滤油器。为了翻修滤油器，需要供应超声洗涤机(见表19《空压站设备组成》)。Multiple times filter with metal oil original filter shall be installed on the gas delivery interlocks as specifications. To repair the oil filter, Ultrasonic washing installation shall be provided (specified in sheet 19 Air Station Equipment Composition)
* 气体输送联动机的空气过滤器应该安装成二级精密除尘。air filter for gas delivery interlocks shall be installed to comply with second level Precision dust removal
* 应该安装空气过滤器防冰保护装置。Anti-ice protection for air filter shall be installed.
* 用于气体输送联动机和燃气轮驱动的使用和安装文件应该为俄文和土库曼文，并且要有详细的说明，技术人员工作所需施工图册，图纸和流程图. Application and installation documents used for gas delivery interlocks and gas-wheel drive shall be in Russian and Turkmen, specified in detail, and shall contain construction graphical book, drawings and flowcharts needed by technicist.
* 安装ПСМ型涡轮机油再生装置。Turbine oil ПСМ regeneration plant shall be
installed.
* 规定安装防逆流检测和调整系统，还有紧急停车设备和在自动控制系统故障时保证安全控制所有原元的设备。在管道压条上应该利用调整开关安装防逆流调整电路。Anti-reflux detect and adjust system shall be installed, and Emergency stop equipment and equipments used to unsure safe controlling all components in case of automatic control system failure also shall be installed as specification. Anti-reflux adjustment circuit shall be installed on the pipeline layering by using adjust switch.
5.19 技术工艺自动化控制系统应该完成所有功能并符合提出的压缩站气体管道要求：Technical process Automatic control systems shall complete all functions and be in accordance with the requirements for compressor stations gas pipeline:
* (空气)压缩站 (技术工艺自动化控制系统)施工设备应该抗压缩站供电系统电压和频率的浮动，并保证在系统(РД51-122-87)电压消失后的5分钟内正常工作; (air)compressor stations (Technical process Automatic control systems) construction equipments shall resist voltage and frequency fluctuations of compression station power supply system, and shall ensure normal running within 5 minites after system(РД51-122-87) power failure;
* 在维修人员不经常在场的时候要保证在压缩站在自动工作状态下工作; To ensure compressor stations to automatic run when maintenance personnel are not always present;
* 规定对有备用继电逻辑电路的逻辑编程控制器备份，用以保证在工作失效时候自动控制系统的耐受力(生存率)；Logic programming controller with prepared relay Logic shall be backuped as specifications to ensure automatic control system's tolerance
(survival rate);
* 在机组(联动机)紧急停车时监控器上会反映出停车的原因和完成记录在log文件中的这些事故；Monitor shall reflect the reason of workshop stopping and finish recording when units (interlocks) stopping in emergency;
* 技术工艺自动化控制系统允许在任何软件条件下用于维护人员；Technical process Automatic control systems shall be available for maintenance personnel when using any kind of softwares;
* 包括给发包方光盘里带顺序编号的补充(检查)全套程序，密码(保护口令)，加载顺序，有补充钥匙的每一个组份的详细描述，还有俄语和土库曼语的使用文件；
* 供电在从主电源和后备电源上消失时，配备自动设备系统应急供电电源，工作不小于6小时。从主要供电电源过度到后备电源应该自动完成，并保持现行装置所有功能的工作能力，使其不从储存器上丢失(在电脑中可以再现所有事件)；
* 在(主要和后备)电源消失时确保储存信息以及以后可以适时浏览所有检测的参数： * 安装保护装置避免非法访问(针对有权访问的维修人员的密码，编码或者顺序指令系统)；
* 系统应该保证(空气)压缩站工作的安全控制，发送和保存来自压缩站每一部件的可靠信息，在电能切断时以及故障时正常停车；
* 压缩站的工程参数应该输入操控市。
