摘要：The transmission bit rate of each of several connections (a- k)is matched withthe bit capacity of a data multiplexer (11). The bit rates for all connections are stored,and the actual bit rate is continuously determined (2). The difference between theavailable bit rate and the actual bit rate is measured (3). The number of connections thatare not overloaded is indicated, and the actual distribution value of the connections isrecursively calculated. The calculated value is used for arranging the capacity cells.
