Welcome to Hefei. It’s a very beautiful city. But it’s often very hot in summer. Here is some advice on how to beat the summer heat.

First of all, you should drink more water and eat light meals, such as salads, fruit and vegetables. Next, you’d better get some sleep after lunch. Don’t stay up and make sure you get enough sleep. It’s not a good idea to stay out when it’s very hot. What's more, take some exercise properly. Why not take a warm shower before going to bed. Finally, if you have to go out, please remember to wear sunglasses and a hat. I hope the advice is useful to you. Wish you a good holiday!

Yours,

Li Hua
