摘要：The compound absorbent nonwoven material has a soft and a roughenedsurface, formed by at least two bonded fibre layers. The first layer is wholly or partiallyof thermofusible synthetic fibres, pref. of polyolefin. The second layer is of naturaland/or artificial and/or synthetic fibres, thinner than the fibres of the first layer, and witha higher fusible temp. than the fibres of the first layer. The first fibre layer is processedto orient its fibres to be interlaced with the fibres of the second layer, and also give alooped effect on an outer surface of the material. Also claimed is a mfg. process, wherethe layers are brought together by fluid jets directed at least at the layer of
thermofusible fibres, upstream of the needle bonding stage, at the surface which will beroughened in the finished material.
