PROCEDURE FOR FABRICATION OF CYLINDRICAL SHELL SECTION 1 General
1.1 This procedure is applied to cold forming and rounding of cylindrical shell sections of Code Items fabricated according to the Code.
1.2 Cold forming process shall not unduly impair the physical properties of the material.
1.3 The procedure shall be employed together with the applicable drawings, specifications, procedures, etc.
筒体制作规程
1 总则
1.1 本规程适用于规范产品的圆柱形筒体的冷卷制成形和校圆。
1.2 卷制成形不得不适当地破坏材料的物理性能。
1.3 本规程应和有关的设计图纸、技术条件及工艺规程等一同使用。
2 Forming Preparations
2.1 Prior to forming and sizing, the integrity and correctness of the rolling material marks shall be checked and make sure the welding groove location and the bending direction are correct.
2.2 Oxide coating and other foreign material on steel plate surface shall be removed.
2.3 If the reinforcement of the weld is higher than the specified it shall be removed and ground smooth.
2.4 A certain amount of excessive rolling has to be implemented prior to rolling, roll a couple of times back and forth at such curvature, measure its’ curvature after unloading and put it as process parameter of rolling plate.
2 卷板准备
2.1 卷板及校圆前应核实材料标记的完整性和正确性,明确焊接坡口方位,确保卷板方位正确。
2.2钢板表面的氧化皮及其杂物应清除。
2.3 焊缝加强量高于规定的,要铲除并磨光。
2.4 卷板前必须施加一定的过卷量,并在此曲率下往复卷曲几次,在卸载后测量其曲率,以此参考作为卷板的工艺参数。

3 Rolling Requirements
3.1 Carbon and low alloy steel plates shall not be formed cold by blows.
3.2 While rolling, steel plate between upper and lower rolls shall be put well and have the edge of which be parallel with roll axial center. When steel plate bending, the going up and down of upper and lower rolls of rolling machine shall be parallel with other rolls to avoid taper happening. Curvature size of rolling plate depends on the center distance of upper and lower roll of rolling machine, adjust the center distance of upper and lower rolls of rolling machine properly to avoid curvature oversize or undersize.
3.3 Crane shall be coordinated closely during rolling, unloading the dead weight of steel plate by crane at any time, to prevent the rolled plate from back straight and flattening and deformation caused by steel plate dead weight during bending.
3.4 Adopt curvature segmental template to check the curvature at any time when rolling, gap at any position between curvature segmental template and steel plate shall be not
3 卷板要求
3.1 碳钢和低合金钢板不得采用冷打成型。 3.2 卷板时,钢板在卷板机上、下辊之间,必须放正,应使板材的边缘与辊轴的中心线平行。钢板弯曲时,卷板机上、下辊的升降应与其它辊子互相平行,防止出现锥度。卷板的曲率大小取决于卷板机上、下辊的中心距,卷制过程中应适当调节上、下辊的中心距,以防止曲率过大或过小。
3.3 卷板时,应用吊车密切配合,依靠吊车随时卸去钢板自重,避免在弯曲过程中,由于钢板的自重作用,使卷好的筒体回直压扁、失形。
3.4 卷板中应随时用曲率样板检查曲率,任何部位曲率样板与钢板之间的间隙应不大于2mm。

greater than 2mm. 3.5 For the cylindrical shell bent and rolled up, the difference between the maximum and minimum inside diameter at any cross section shall not exceed 1% of the nominal diameter at the cross section under consideration. Measuring of the diameter can be done on the inside or the outside the shell.
3.6 Shell section of the same dimensions shall be interchangeable.
3.5 卷板成型的规范产品的筒体,任何横截面上最大内径与最小内径之差不应该超过该截面公称直径的1%,直径测量可以在容器内径或外径处进行。
3.6 卷板成型后筒体,相同类型和规格的应具有互换性。
