Xiaosheng,you may have never heard of her,but she is quite a hero and example in my view.

Xiaosheng, a Shaoxing girl,was a policewoman two years ago. This girl has demonstrated talent and showed promise while she studied at police college. Described by her friends,xiaosheng is not a halfpenny the worse compared with boys.Beyond question, she was awarded a scholarship for her performance. She deserves it,obviously. And despite the heavy training everyday,the bright,lively girl is also said to have a quieter side. She loves to spend hours baking. A strong value and sense of achievement are placed on those things by her. So it’s not weird to find her drown herself all weekend in the kitchen.

In 2012,Xiaosheng graduated from police college then became a policewoman in Shaoxing Police Station. Everything seems go as might have been expected. She was supposed to be a civil servant all her life who settled down in a safe job.However, almost a year later,Xiaosheng got tired of her stable job. And by chance,she made the acquaintance of a manager who works for bakeware company on Interbake China. They hit it off with the idea about opening a bakery together. Then without hesitation, Xiaosheng and her new business partner set off for Japan, learning professional baking skills.

In order to focus on her plan,the brave girl quit her job and the whole year,Xiaosheng flew between Japan and China several times a month. Preparing work was so tough that incurred her parent’s strongly opposition. Feeling depressed at that time,Xiaosheng posted her ideas and experiences on social apps. To her surprise,the story brought an immediate echoes among the young, the most of whom are also baking lovers. It gave Xiaosheng enough encouragement to insist on her dream. Finally,the business was started and soon she got an unbelievable success. The result ,eventually,persuaded her parents .

So xiaosheng’s story of success is telling me that just do what you love and believe,and it will come naturally. She teaches me to dream what you want to dream,go where you want to go,be what you want to be,brave and motivated,better late than never.
