一、阀门概述（Valve overview）
D942X/D342由阀体+阀板+密封圈等组合而成。双偏心结构设计启闭过程降低密封面与密封阀座的摩擦 密封效果好泄漏率小，提高了密封件的使用寿命。法兰式连接方便与管道连接拆卸，阀座堆焊不锈钢密封材质耐腐蚀，适用介质：水、蒸汽、油品、粉料等，介质温度≤100℃，广泛用于的治金、电力、石油化工、以及给排水和市政建设等工业管道上，作调节流量和接通/切断流体使用。
D942X/D342 is composed of valve body + valve plate + sealing ring. The double eccentric structure design reduces the friction between the sealing surface and the sealing valve seat during the opening and closing process. The sealing effect is good, the leakage rate is small, and the service life of the seal is increased. Flange connection is convenient for connection and disassembly with pipelines, valve seat surfacing stainless steel sealing material is corrosion-resistant, applicable medium: water, steam, oil, powder, etc., medium temperature ≤100℃, widely used in metallurgy, power, oil It is used to regulate flow and connect/disconnect fluid on industrial pipelines such as chemical industry, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction.
二、结构特点(Structural features)

2、蝶板密封面堆焊不锈钢，密封面耐磨损，使用寿命长

本阀安装时，先关闭阀门，后进行安装，以防碰伤蝶板密封面。两管道法兰面应平行，使得装紧后阀门和管道法兰接触力均匀。管道法兰内孔不宜过大，保证不大于 5mm，以防压板受压位置不对而变形失效。该阀为单向使用，安装时使介质压力方向（流向）和阀体上箭头一致。
When installing this valve, close the valve first, and then install it to prevent hitting the sealing surface of the butterfly plate. The flange faces of the two pipelines should be parallel so that the contact force between the valve and the pipeline flange is even after tightening. The inner hole of the pipeline flange should not be too large, and it should be no more than 5mm, in order to prevent the pressure plate from being deformed due to the wrong pressure position.
The valve is for one-way use, and the direction of the medium pressure (flow direction) should be consistent with the arrow on the valve body during installation.
五、使用（Use）
1. 检查使用情况是否与阀门性能规格相符。
1. Check whether the usage is consistent with the valve performance specifications.
2. 检查各连接部位螺栓，要求均匀拧紧。
2. Check the bolts at each connecting part, and tighten them evenly.
3. 检查填料部位，要求压紧，既保证填料的密封，又要保证阀杆转动灵活。
3. Check the packing parts and require compaction to ensure the sealing of the packing and the flexible rotation of the valve stem.
4. 电动、气动等非手动蝶阀出厂时已将控制机构调好，为了防止电源接通时方向
接错，用户在第一次接通电源前，要先手动启开至半开位置，再按点动开关，检查指示盘转动方向是否正确。

5. 开、闭次数较多的蝶阀，每隔三个月向蜗轮加一次润滑油，每次加量 1ml 左右
为宜。

六、保养（6Maintenance）
使用压力、温度不能超标。开关时用力适度，以免碰伤零件。擦净表面油垢、灰尘。使用介质要正确。
The operating pressure and temperature cannot exceed the standard. Use
moderate force when switching to avoid hitting parts. Wipe off the oil grime and dust on the surface. Use the correct media.
