摘要：A reader and/or writer apparatus, a power feeding system and a power feedingand communication transmission and/or reception system in a proximate wireless card
system arranged so that power which satisfies the requirement of the Radio Law (500µV/m at a distance of 3 m from the reader and/or writer apparatus) regarding theradiated electric field is supplied sufficiently from the reader and/or writer apparatus tothe proximate wireless card (IC card). The reader and/or writer apparatus (1) has aspirally shaped or coil-shaped antenna (101b) for generating electromagnetic fields bothto supply operational power to an IC card (2) and to perform transmission and/orreception of signals for communication to and/or from the IC card (2) and a conductormember (101c) for forming a mirror image of the antenna on its back side.
