sub top plate 2 freely.The main top plate 1 and the sub top plate 2 are inclined surfacesof the connection end surfaces 1x and 2x, and the connecting end surfaces 1x and 2x areinclined angles that can be folded up in the vertical direction.The hinge 3 comprises arotary shaft 4 connected to the connecting end surface 2x of the sub top plate 2, and aslide shaft 5 for rotatably connecting the rotary shaft 4.The rotary shaft 4 is connectedto the connecting end surface 2x of the sub top plate 2 in such a manner as to extend inthe longitudinal direction, and the slide shaft 5 is connected to the distal end of therotary shaft 4 so as to be rotatable in a posture perpendicular to the rotary shaft 4, andis connected in the axial direction in a posture parallel to the surface of the main topplate 1 so as to be capable of reciprocating motion.Diagram
