二. Teaching procedures

 Step 1 Warming up

    ① Greeting

  ② Sing a song《Hello》song .

Step 2 Presentation

   Have you ever been to the zoo ? In the zoo what animals can we see ?   

   Let me show you to the zoo and see the animals . now , look at our textbook at Page6 . We'll learn Module 2

Unit 1 They're monkeys .

Step 3 While—task

   Can you say the animals what we have learned before ? (cat , dog , panda …)Now Let's learn the new words ( they , monkey , tiger , big , lion , elephant , small , fat )

Step 4 Role play

   T: What's this ?

   S: It's a monkey/ tiger/ lion/ panda …  It's an elephant .(强调elephant 前的冠词an )  It’s big / small / fat

Now, open your mouth ,read after the teacher and answer the teacher’s questions .

Do exercise : read the sentences and write new words .

四. Homework

Write the new words on the homework book .
